Czar Engineering Solutions CC is a proudly 100% black‑owned Namibian company, established in 2012 and formally registered in 2014. We specialize in delivering innovative engineering solutions that effectively bridge modern and traditional technologies, ensuring practicality, sustainability, and long‑term value. Originally founded as Active Minds Investments, Czar Engineering Solutions has grown into a dynamic, multi‑disciplinary engineering consultancy. Over the years, the company has been actively involved in a wide range of engineering consultancy projects across various sectors.
Our early investment in advanced computer-aided design and drafting tools positioned us among Namibia’s most technologically equipped engineering consultancies. We also employ high-precision GPS technology for engineering surveys, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every project. At Czar Engineering, we pride ourselves on listening to our clients, understanding their challenges, and delivering solutions that help them move forward.
